Taylor Swift news: Singer and new boyfriend Joe Alwyn spotted slow dancing

2017 is proving to be Taylor Swift's year. Aside from dropping another chart-topping album "Reputation," the popular singer is also slowly dropping the veils around her new relationship. At the recent iHeartRadio's Jingle Ball in New York City, Swift and her new boyfriend, British actor Joe Alwyn, were spotted dancing quite romantically during Ed Sheeran's set.

Several fans who were also at the event witnessed Swift and Alwyn's romantic moment, taking to social media to post the receipts. Apparently, the couple didn't mind some of the crowd taking pictures and recording videos of them slow-dancing, a possible signal that they may be finally ready to take their relationship public.

"THEY LITERALLY SLOW DANCED TO ALL EDS SONGS WITH THEIR ARMS AROUND ONE ANOTHER AND JUST KEPT LOOKING AT EACH OTHER AND KISSING," tweeted a concert-goer on Sunday.

"TAYLOR AND JOE ARE SWAYING WITH HER HEAD IN HIS F—ING SHOULDER KISSING TO PERFECT I GOTTA HCKING LEAVE THE ARENA," another tweet stated.

It's no big surprise that Swift is present during Ed Sheeran's gig, as the two popular singers are known to be best friends in real life. During the event, U.K. rapper Stefflon Don recorded a video for her Instagram Stories where Swift and Alwyn are also shown.

In the video, Swift and Alwyn are shown to be cuddling with Stefflon Don near the couple. The rapper panned the camera to Swift where they are both singing the lyrics to "Thinking Out Loud." Alwyn's arms were wrapped around the singer during the time.

Swift herself performed at the event, and Alwyn was spotted among the audience filming his girlfriend in one of her performances. It goes to show that Alwyn is one of Swift's biggest fans, and many see it as an indicator that both are really deep into their relationship.

Despite the rare public appearance, it seems that the couple is still taking things slowly when it comes to revealing about their relationship. "She still intends to keep the relationship as private as possible," a source tells E! Online.

"It's sacred to her and she feels that keeping it to themselves has worked out for the best. Joe doesn't like attention or have any interest in being a celebrity. It's been a great change of pace for Taylor, and she is very happy with him."
