Gamers are looking forward to the release of "Street Fighter 5" season 3. Assumptions have surfaced indicating that new playable characters will be added soon. Also, six new characters are rumored to be added as DLCs every year.

According to EventHubs, the most consistently reported fighters that will join "Street Fighter 5" season 3 are Sakura and Sagat. Aside from the two, Blanka, Mayor, Another Bae, and President will join the roster. The report revealed that the information was from a credible leaker named flowtron. He is known for leaking the complete list of season 2 characters way back in October last year. The website added that Another Bae is a reference to the prediction that Menat will be a part of the game. The character was first described as an "Egyptian bae."

Additionally, an artwork of the President character was displayed. It was named the Fighting President. As of press time,  the only known detail for this character is his wild hair.

Reliable leaker flowtron said that he is no longer connected with Capcom and he does know the events that will unfold in the upcoming season 3, but he added that Oro, C. Viper, Q, and Necro will not be a part of season 3. Instead, these characters might appear in the "Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition" update set for release next year.

Meanwhile, the Arcade Edition of the game will include different new modes such as the Bonus Stages, Arcade mode, and a new Special Battle mode. A  new mechanic will also be added to the game. The mechanic would be a second V-Trigger for every character. V-Trigger is a skill that is unique to every character. It could either power up a character or provide them with special skills.

Existing owners of "Street Fighter 5" will get the "Arcade Edition" update for free. Moreover, a full re-launch for season 1 and season 2 DLC characters on PC and PlayStation 4 is already set to occur next year.
