To the delight of fans of the highly popular coming-of-age animated television series "Steven Universe," the latest episode has now finally been confirmed to be coming back to the small screen sometime next month.

The confirmation of the show's return from its sudden hiatus had been made through the release of a new teaser trailer for the show's fourth season eighth episode, titled "Gem Harvest."

Earlier in the month, fans were disappointed when the show was suddenly pulled out from its regular timeslot on Cartoon Network. This was then followed by several rumors that the show might have been cancelled for some reason, which further worsened the situation.

Fortunately, the show's creator Rebecca Sugar had confirmed during the recently held 2016 New York Comic Con (NYCC) that the show was, in fact, not cancelled at all.

She did, however, express the challenges they had while creating a continuing story that would tackle some very controversial topics including teen relationships, sexuality, and gender issues.

As for the recently released sneak peek trailer for "Steven Universe" season 4, the teaser video showed Lapiz Lazuli, Peridot, and Steven in a cornfield trying to harvest some pumpkins. Steven then apparently brings a pumpkin to life which moved and acted like a dog. The pumpkin was quite attached to Steven, which then upset Lazuli and Peridot.

There are several reports that have predicted that future episodes will further explore the growing relationship of Lazuli and Peridot, as well as the possible back story of Rose Quartz.

A lot of fans have, of course, been looking forward to learning more about Rose Quartz, and her story may very well become a focus in future episodes of the show.

As of the moment, there still remains to be no fixed release date for the release of the show's latest episode, but it has been somewhat confirmed to be airing once again on Cartoon Network sometime next month.
