Selena Gomez rumors: Singer wants The Weeknd to ask her hand in marriage?

It looks like popular singer and former Disney Channel actress Selena Gomez is ready to settle down! After lying low and getting her health back in light of her Lupus disease, reports say that Gomez is apparently itching to tie the knot with her current boyfriend, popular singer The Weeknd.

The whole news was learned by HollywoodLife through a report in Star Magazine's Oct. 6 issue, where a source close to the couple said that Gomez is apparently dropping hints about marriage regularly whenever her beau is around.

"Selena has been doing a little bite of research and leaving pages open on her laptop for Abel to 'accidentally' find when she's not around," the source said. Her laptop is also apparently full of Pinterest pages about engagement rings that she constantly leaves open, "in the hopes that boyfriend [will] take a hint."

"This [relationship] is the first time a potential marriage and children has been a thought as something serious in Selena's mind, and she would fully consider and expects The Weeknd to be her man for the rest of her life," the source added.

However, other recent reports seem to not agree with the issue, as there are rumors circulating that Gomez is also getting cozy with Hollywood star Brad Pitt. According to a recent report by Radar Online, the two are allegedly getting to know each other deeper through regularly scheduled phone calls which is something Gomez's beau is apparently not aware of.

A "source" apparently told the gossip webloid that Pitt is a huge fan of Selena's since their brief meeting at the Golden Globes last year. The singer-actress also made a cameo in one of Pitt's movies, "The Big Short."

Of course, all these are petty rumors as both camps did not care to correct the allegations. Another rumor also touts that Gomez is getting close again with ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber, and that both have already met up discussing Gomez's health. However, it has yet to be confirmed if these rumors are true.
