It seems Samsung Galaxy phone users are much happier with their device compared to Apple iPhone X users. This is according to a recently analyzed Twitter data.

According to Yahoo, LikeFolio's analysis of consumer sentiments on Twitter showed that Samsung Galaxy phone users are much more satisfied with their devices compared to Apple iPhone X users.

LikeFolio is a mobile app that uses social data research and analyzes them to discover consumer trends on various public companies. In their recent data analysis on consumer sentiments on Twitter, LikeFolio found out that more users are tweeting positive remarks about Samsung Galaxy phones compared to those who are doing the same about iPhone X by Apple.

The year 2016 may have been a bad year for Samsung because of the exploding batteries of their S7 devices, but they have recovered this year with the release of their flagship model the Galaxy S8. Apple, on the other hand, has been enjoying a steady 60–70 percent positive consumer sentiment over the past year.

According to Consumer Reports, one possible factor of low sentiments for the iPhone X is its price. Currently, the Apple iPhone X retails for $1,000 for the 64 GB version. It may be very good looking, but users usually complain about the device's short battery life and durability.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 offers much more for just $725 with 4 GB RAM, Snapdragon 835 chip, 5.8-inch super AMOLED display, 64 GB internal memory (up to 256 GB via microSD), fingerprint scanner, and 12-megapixel back camera (with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera).

The Samsung Galaxy S8 also offers more battery juice with 3,000 mAh compared to the iPhone X which only has 2,716 mAh. Talk-time on the S8 reached 23 hours and 26 hours for the S8+.

Yes, Apple may have set the standard for the best-looking phone. However, Samsung has been making a good name for their company for making their customers happier with their products.
