In the next episode of "Runaways," the Pride attempts to revive the engineer Victor Stein (James Marsters) after he got shot by his wife Janet (Ever Carradine).

The trailer for the upcoming installment, titled "Tsunami," was released just recently, and it shows Jonah (Julian McMahon) taking charge of the situation regarding Victor getting gunned down by Janet. The wounded man lays in a pool of blood as Dale Yorkes (Kevin Weisman) tries to revive him.

However, Victor is not showing any signs of hope so Jonah suggests, "I'm going to revive him the way I get revived." The group of Pride members looks surprised as Catherine Wilder (Angel Parker) asks Jonah, "What do you have in mind?"

Apparently, he is going to use the "Box" where he was placed recently in order to get revitalized. They position Victor inside the metallic compartment and switch on the device. All of a sudden, bright lights emanate from the mysterious contraption as the group looks on in amazement. It remains to be seen if Victor will be able to recover from his gunshot wounds by using the strange device.

Meanwhile, Molly Hernandez (Allegra Acosta) gets transferred to a relative's place by her foster parents. While there, her relative gives her a mysterious key which came from her parents who died when she was younger. She goes to the locker somewhere in town and opens it. It remains to be seen what she found inside it.

In the last episode, Wilder suggested to Hernandez's foster parents to move her to another place for fear of getting discovered by Jonah. Wilder believed that Hernandez witnessed the Pride's human sacrifice which she actually did along with the rest of her friends.

"Runaways" season 1 episode 8 will be streamed on Tuesday, Dec. 26, at 12 a.m. EST on Hulu.
