The season 10 premiere of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" highlighted Kenya Moore's off-season wedding to her mystery man, flashing her wedding ring on-cam. Several of her co-stars were suspicious about the whole affair especially Nene Leakes, who just recently got back to the show after being on hiatus for a few years.

At Cynthia's 50th birthday party, Leakes would not stop talking about Moore's marriage, saying the whole thing was pretty strange. "I wanna see the marriage license," Nene told Cynthia. "You have to learn about a friend being married on Instagram and a blog? You've gotta admit this is strange."

When Cynthia and Nene finally cornered Kenya and asked to show them the ring, Cynthia also did not hesitate to ask why she was not invited, as she thought she was one of Kenya's closest friends.

"Everyone knows that I am one of Kenya Moore's closest friends ... well, I can't be that damn close because surely I had no idea that she was sneaking off to St Lucia to get married," Cynthia exclaimed. Kenya then explained that she and her new husband had eloped, hence the reason she did not invite anybody.

However, what reduced Kenya to tears was when her father called asking why he was not invited to the wedding. Ronald apparently learned about the whole thing through social media. Even though the conversation turned into a slight drama, Ronald ended their talk on a positive note and congratulated her daughter on her wedding.

Kenya then later explained the reason she did not invite her father was because of his uncontrollable reactions. "I never know what my dad is going to say and do," she said in a confessional.

On a different note, it seems that Nene has gotten over her initial reaction towards Kenya's marriage, as revealed in a recent Bravo report. "When I heard Kenya had eloped, I was like, 'To whom?' I didn't even know she was dating anyone," said Leakes. She said she was actually excited about Kenya's marriage, and was actually happy for her.
