Some stars of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" may be blessed with wonderful news, but others are going through tough times. The recent episode featured an emotional NeNe Leakes, and the reason has nothing to do with her co-stars.

Leakes broke down in the latest episode when it was revealed that her husband Gregg Leakes was in the hospital for a very low heart rate. The doctors took him in for a minor surgery test to see if there was any blockage that occurred in his arteries. Leakes immediately went to be by her husband's side. She shared that when she heard his voice on the phone, she knew that he was afraid.

Leakes teared up, worrying about the possibility of her husband not coming home and what the doctors would find after the surgery. "Is this something that Gregg's not telling me? I can't even imagine Gregg not walking this earth. I can't do this. Gregg has to get better," said the reality star.

Gregg had complained about chest pains and numbness as well as the feeling of potentially passing out earlier in the episode. The feeling never went away and he asked to check into a hospital to be monitored. Leakes then revealed that her father-in-law had heart issues, and that Gregg knew that he was also going to have the same thing.

The couple have been married for 18 years and have been together for longer than that. They parted ways for a brief period in 2011 and remarried in 2013. They have one son together, 18-year-old Brent.

Meanwhile, "America's Next Top Model" cycle 3 winner and "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Eva Marcille is confirmed to be pregnant with her second child, according to Us Weekly. This would be her first child with boyfriend Michael Sterling, who is also in the running for the mayor position at Atlanta.

Marcille's first child, 3-year-old Marley Rae, was with ex-boyfriend Kevin McCall, whom she broke up with in the early part of 2015. This news comes over a month after it was confirmed that Marcille would be joining "Real Housewives of Atlanta" in its 10th season. Marcille expressed her excitement to join Leakes and the rest of the cast for the show's 10th season back in September.
