Ray (Liev Schreiber) and Abby's (Paula Malcolmson) decision to help Sonia (Embeth Davidtz) goes wrong in the most terrible way possible in episode 10 of "Ray Donovan" season 4 titled "Lake Hollywood."

The couple knew that Sonia was trouble, but Ray still chose to help her, keeping in mind that she has cancer, which reminds him of his wife, and has a daughter waiting for her.

However, the Russians have deployed their new weapon in the form of Dmitry (Raymond J. Barry). He happens to be Sonia's uncle, who, sad to say, does not believe that blood is thicker than water.

Dmitry has been going after Ray and his crew, but in "Ray Donovan" season 4, episode 10, he will no longer have to do so and it is all thanks to Avi (Steven Bauer), who was captured by him as he went looking for Waller (Gabriel Mann).

Dmitry will simply have to sit and wait as his prey come to him on their own. He does this by asking for his niece in exchange of Avi's life.

If the synopsis for "Ray Donovan" season 4, episode 10 is any indication, Ray will figure out a way to work around this dire new problem.

He uses the Kovitzsky art gallery as leverage and as seen in the promo for the episode, he decides to hold Dmitry's precious art hostage, unless he gives back Avi.

It is unknown if Dmitry will give in, but for a man like him, who needs to be reminded to be reasonable, this won't be an easy bargain for Ray.

As the "Ray Donovan" season 4, episode 10 promo suggests, Ray went so far as to meet the man. It remains to be seen what happens after their meeting, which makes this episode more exciting.

However, this won't be the only thing Ray will be thinking about. Hector (Ismael Cruz Cordova) is asking his help after his wife left him, bringing their daughter with her.

"Ray Donovan" season 4, episode 10 "Lake Hollywood" airs Sunday, Aug. 28 at 9 p.m. ET on Showtime.
