Despite the rough road it has encountered during the first few weeks of its release, "PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds" or "PUBG" has managed to sell a million copies on the Xbox One.

Since its release on Dec. 12, "PUBG" has managed to sell a million copies for the Xbox One despite it still being a "Game Preview" on the console. It is expected that good "PUBG" sales will continue until the New Year now that the 1.0 PC version of the game is already released.

Also, according to Comicbook, "PUBG" is extremely popular among gamers in the U.S., with the game becoming the fourth most played game on the Xbox One. "PUBG" has beaten other multiplayer games such as "Overwatch," "Rocket League," "ARK: Survival Evolved," "Madden NFL 18," "Destiny 2," and the 2015 game by DICE "Star Wars: Battlefront."

However, "PUBG" is still behind "Call of Duty: WWII," "Grand Theft Auto V," and "Fortnite: Battle Royale," which is currently in the first place.

Also, as of this writing, "PUBG" is on the fifth spot of the most played games in the UK. This is according to Microsoft's charts in the UK. "PUBG" is also followed by "Rocket League," "Overwatch," "ARK: Survival Evolved," "Destiny 2", and as well as "Roblox," "Call of Duty: Black Ops III," "FIFA 17," and "Star Wars: Battlefront II."

"PUBG" is also behind "FIFA 18," "Call of Duty: WWII," "Rainbow Six Siege," "Grand Theft Auto 5," and "Fortnite: Battle Royale" on the number one spot.

In other news, "PUBG" has just received its second patch for the Xbox One. According to the game's official forum, the second patch is bringing tons of fixes especially for the weapon recoil in the game. The second patch for "PUBG" on the Xbox One also resolves the stability issues that have been observed in the game.

"PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds" 1.0 is out now for PC.
