Hannah Stone, a popular social media sensation, recently died by committing apparent suicide. The 16-year-old vlogger apparently took her own life on Nov. 1, following a month-long hiatus from social media.

Stone rose to fame on Younow, a popular video-streaming site where vloggers can live stream their own content to fans. She has garnered over 375,000 fans on the site, with more than 60,000 followers on Instagram as well. According to the Daily Mail, Stone was also a songwriter, with her original song titled "the 5quad song," garnering over 72,000 views.

Her cause of death was not released, but in an obituary posted by Dimbleby Funeral Home, Hannah died at the SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York. She was survived by her parents, Leonard and Angela (Blair) Stone, and brother Garett.

Tons of fans, followers, and online celebrities of Hannah posted their condolences towards the popular singing sensation. Defunct social media group 5quad member Zack Clayton posted on Twitter, "I remember the day we met like it was yesterday! Such a talented, beautiful, amazing girl. RIP Hannah, you're in a better place now."

In light of her death, fellow YouTubers Nick Bean and Edwin Burgos posted about having suicidal thoughts. "Everyone please remember you aren't alone. Don't let these empty thoughts get to you your life is worth living. I love you Hannah," Nick Bean tweeted.

While Burgos posted, "You have a purpose in this world. You are important. You are loved. If you think no one cares, know that I do. Never forget that. RIP H."

Many were shocked by the teen's suicide, although Hannah did post a cryptic tweet last September saying, "I'll never be able to describe how sorry I am." Her last Instagram post was on Oct. 14, and after that nothing was heard from the social media star again.

Stone's fans were called the "Fannahs," and her family expressed their thanks for the overwhelming support they are currently getting from her friends and fans. Funeral services will take place in St. Paul's Church in Whitesboro, while the interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
