Sony is expected to unveil a new set of free games for its PlayStation Plus program today — Oct. 26 — as the company usually follows a typical schedule of unveiling new titles during the final Wednesday of every month.

However, there has yet to be any hints or clues that can be found online regarding the possible November 2016 PlayStation Plus free games. Because of this, several reports have now come out that have tried to predict some of the free titles that are coming out for paying members.

The company itself has also yet to provide any updates regarding the possible games that will be coming out next month. Some reports, however, have predicted that the company may be releasing some older games that might create further anticipation for its upcoming sequels.

Reports have speculated that the action adventure video game "Watch Dogs" could be offered for free next month, given that its highly anticipated sequel "Watch Dogs 2" will be coming out next month as well.

However, some fans have pointed out that this scenario seems unlikely as there have been some very big titles that have come out just recently and none of their predecessors had been offered for free through the program. Some of the games that have recently come out includes "Battlefield 1," "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition," and "Titanfall 2."

With the slew of big titles that are now already available, some reports have predicted that November could be a quiet month for PlayStation Plus members as they will likely be getting another set of indie games and classic remakes.

Other reports, however, have predicted that it might be possible for Sony to include one VR game, seeing as that the company had already released their latest virtual reality headset, the PlayStation VR.

This notion was further solidified when Sony had responded to an inquiry about a possible VR game included in the program. When asked about it on the PlayStation VR FAQ page, the company mentioned that they are currently "looking into it."
