Arctis 3 Bluetooth headset sells for $9.99 at the SteelSeries official website.

It was only last year when SteelSeries announced their newest line-up of Arctis headsets for avid gamers, and recently, they unveiled a new addition to the line. The all-new Arctis 3 Bluetooth headset comes with a Bluetooth feature that allows users to play audio from wired connections and Bluetooth at the same time.

According to SteelSeries Audio Category Manager Brian Fallon, "This is the first time that you can simultaneously have wired gaming audio and wireless Bluetooth. Bluetooth is incredibly useful for connecting wirelessly to mobile devices for chat and music, but as most gamers know, Bluetooth has too much latency for gaming. That is why this is a wired headset for gaming and Bluetooth for everything else."

The Arctis 3 Bluetooth headset can be used on all gaming platforms, such as Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Mac, Virtual Reality, and mobile. However, SteelSeries is focusing to sell the product to Nintendo Switch owners, as users can now use the wired connection of the headset to play in-game audio from their consoles, while using the Bluetooth feature to connect to their phones and use the Nintendo Switch Online chat mobile app. According to SteelSeries, this is the first headset manufactured to have this kind of compatibility with Nintendo Switch.

With the headset's exclusive feature, users can also connect with friends and family with the Discord mobile app using Bluetooth, take calls, join VoIP chat, and stream music wirelessly, while still receiving high-quality audio from their wired connection to their Xbox One, PS4, or PC.

CMO of Discord Eros Resmini said, "We've noticed gamers hacking away at blending console game audio and Discord voice for quite some time. SteelSeries makes that whole process easy with Arctis 3 Bluetooth and lets more gamers use Discord with their friends."

SteelSeries Arctis 3 Bluetooth headset can be purchased through their official website for $129.99 and prospective buyers can pick a headband of their choice, free of charge. Headbands are sold separately and cost $15.
