The next episode of "Married at First Sight" season 4 seems to spell doom for one couple. The teaser for episode 8 titled "To Have and to Hold" suffers a lack of Derek and Heather.

The previous episode saw the two spend some time away from each other to think about their next step and whether or not they should get a divorce two weeks into their marriage. Derek said he wants this relationship to work.

Heather's decision will be revealed in "Married at First Sight" season 4, episode 8. She has implied that she has grown tired of how Derek acts especially when they fight.

It is unclear what the two being left out of the trailer means, but whatever Heather decides, it will be revealed in the upcoming installment.

Meanwhile, things appear to be going smoothly for Tom and Lillian. In the teaser for "Married at First Sight" season 4, episode 8, the two were very cozy as they bonded in bed.

Meanwhile, Nick and Sonia take a step towards intimacy. In the previous episode, the former said that he is not in love with the latter, offending her.

Needless to say, the two have not consummated their marriage yet. In "Married at First Sight" season 4, episode 8, the pair will seek the help of a tantric healer in order for them to find intimacy.

Nick and Sonia will try the medication practice of Tantra. As the expert told the couple, "there might be some touch involved." They even laugh while they did the exercises.

However, Nick says that "I am not going to do anything to encourage physical intimacy." This suggests that despite the effort, there will still be no sexy time between him and Sonia. This shows that their marriage might be in trouble as well.

"Married at First Sight" season 4, episode 8 "To Have and to Hold" airs Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 8:30 p.m. ET on FYI.
