Malia Obama looks like she's really enjoying her holidays this year, even fitting in a yoga session with her mom in Hawaii.
TMZ reports that the former First Lady and eldest daughter were spotted at Corepower Yoga in Kailua, Hawaii. Michelle, as usual, looked fit and fresh as ever, and Malia looked eager for the activity wearing a black tank top and black yoga shorts while wearing a yoga mat.
There has been no sign that former President Barrack Obama and younger daughter Sasha joined Malia and Michelle in their yoga session. But reports say that the former First Family were enjoying their holiday vacation together in Kailua, Hawaii.
Malia, 19, is currently in her freshman year at the prestigious Harvard University. Since leaving the White House, Malia, along with all the members of her family, still hasn't escaped the scrutinizing eyes of the press, and is always on the front page of several news outlets detailing her daily activities.
Michelle herself has said that Malia is not enjoying her fame, as it's very hard to maintain her privacy.
Last month, the former First Daughter made headlines yet again for making out with a classmate during the Yale-Harvard pregame event. The mystery man turned out to be Rory Farquharson, also 19, and is attending Harvard the same as Malia.
Farquharson came from Britain and is a really good rugby player. Before entering Harvard, he was enrolled in the Ruby School—a prestigious school based in the UK. According to his former classmates, Farquharson is a popular guy in high school, and has also interned for some high-scale companies. Celebrity Insider reported that Farquharson interned with the Centre for Democracy and Peace Building in Ireland.
It's yet to be known whether Malia and Farquharson are officially a couple, and Barrack seems cool with it. The former president has previously stated that he has raised two very smart girls, so he's not worried about Malia dating.
"One is [their mom] Michelle. She's taught—she's such a great example of how she carries herself, her self-esteem, not depending on boys to validate how you look or you know, not letting yourself be judged by anything other than your character and intelligence," he said. "And hopefully I've been a good example regarding how I've shown respect to my wife."
Whether Farquharson visited the Obamas in the holidays is yet to be known, but if he had, then his and Malia's relationship is more than a make-out session indeed!
