Help The Runaway Kid to unveil the secrets buried in the Nomes' nest. "The Hideaway," the chapter 2 of "Secrets of The Maw" is now available for PC digital, PS4 and Xbox One.

Bandai Namco's "Little Nightmares" second downloadable content (DLC) is currently out. Now, players can finally delve into the second chapter for "Secrets of The Maw," with the second protagonist, The Runaway Kid, and The Maw's mysterious inhabitants, the Nomes, in the middle of this all-new chilling addition to the puzzle-platformer horror adventure game "Little Nightmares."

"The Runaway Kid will have to find and rescue the Nomes, to escape from this gloomy place. These curious creatures have a secret but they can help as well to overcome all obstacles! Where are all these Nomes coming from?" read the game's description by Bandai Namco.

"What secrets are buried in their nest? This second story introduces more complex puzzle mechanics that will require you to work with the Nomes and a hub-like layout to let you have more freedom for exploration," continued the post.

The second chapter focuses more on complex puzzles rather than escaping the game's usual ghastly monsters, with the gameplay's mission to rescue the Nomes from the creepy hub-like layout the Runaway Kid is currently in. The chapter also reveals a lot more about the mysterious Nomes, who they were and why they are on the ship. Although, their full secrets are not totally revealed, it will be unveiled in the third DLC which will come out on Feb. 10 next year.

The second chapter also picks up where the first DLC titled "The Depths" left off. The Runaway Kid finds himself waking up in the engine room, and must team up with the Nomes to escape his prison and its inhabiting monster called "The Janitor," which was first seen in the initial release of the game. The last part of the DLC is meant to leave the players hanging, so the saga can continue to the next chapter.

"The Hideaway" is now available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One for $3.99. For the full expansion, players must shell out $9.99 for the "Secrets of the Maw" expansion pass, which also features the last DLC when it comes out next year.
