Rumors of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" mainstay Scott Disick breaking off and starting his own reality show with girlfriend Sofia Richie seems all but confirmed.
This was after his emotionally charged falling out with Kourtney Kardashian.
In an article published by The Sun, Disick was seen in Miami alongside Richie and seemed to be filming scenes for his very own show. The couple has recently been touring around the world in the public eye since being romantically involved, with several photos of the two in Mexico, Miami and Italy making the rounds on social media.
The Sun's source also confirmed that Disick was very much involved with the production of the new show.
"He's been desperate to get something in the pipeline again, and he knows it has to be amazing to persuade TV bosses to give him a second chance," the source told The Sun Online.
"Right now, he's making the pilot episodes – and he's the producer – he thinks this could be his big break, show everyone he's bankable so he's under a lot of pressure to get it right," the source added.
This is not the first time that the reality star tried to launch his own show. Back in May of this year, he tried to cash in on his wild, binge-drinking lifestyle by starting "Royally Flipped," but TV executives found it rather boring and cancelled the show before it even started airing.
This time, Disick hopes to take a different approach by having his new show focus on his romance with the 19-year-old model.
Richie, who is the youngest daughter of legendary singer Lionel Richie, seems to support her beau's latest pet project. She does not seem to mind being followed around by cameras during intimate moments with Disick. One of the couple's dinner dates even doubled as filming for one of the show's scenes.
Her father, who was initially against her romance with Disick, now seems to have had a change of heart. The source said that the singer is now rather enthusiastic with his daughter's involvement in the show
The enthusiasm seems to be mirrored by Disick, who is highly confident that viewers will be interested in their romance.
