Kate Middleton, Prince William and her brother-in-law Prince Harry, are headed to Italy to attend a big wedding.

This September, Kate, William and Harry were invited by Charlie Gilkes for his Italian wedding. Gilkes has been a good friend of the family and the royal trio aren't hesitating to go. In fact, they plan to celebrate in style.

The wedding details are kept secret, but the wedding will be a lavish and big event. Gilkes is a graduate of Eton College in England. He's a very successful businessman, running nightclubs and restaurants like Bunga Bunga and Mr. Fogg's. Gilkes knows how to celebrate in a huge way and not to mention, his fiancé Anneke von Trotha Taylor is a P.R. who is managing the V.I.P. guestlist.

Gilkes was also the former love of Pippa Middleton, Kate's sister. When that didn't work out, Gilkes went on to date von Trotha Taylor. The pair has been together for three years now. How did Gilkes pop the question? He had a fortune cookie specially made to hide the proposal message inside. He then gave this fortune cookie to his fiancé at the Torre Maizza hotel in Italy when the couple was on a vacation.

A source for Vanity Fair said "The [Cambridges] are really looking forward to it and William and Kate are planning to leave Prince George with Kate's parents so they can go and have a good time."
