Jill Duggar surprised everyone when she posted a new photo of herself and her kids on her Instagram account. The "Counting On" star is seen with a new nose piercing and some people are wondering if she is now acting rebellious.

"When you are switching laundry from the washer to the dryer and realize you forgot to put laundry soap in the load you just 'washed!'" the 26-year-old star captioned her snap. Evidently, she did not mention anything about her new body piercing.

The "19 Kids and Counting" cast member's followers are now questioning Jill's decision for sporting a piercing. In fact, as of this writing, the photo has more than 1,800 comments and almost 86,000 likes. "I'm curious - what made you decide on the nose piercing?" one fan asked. The others even asked if it is real.

Hence, some people think that Jill is now breaking free from her conservative family's strict rules. As a matter of fact, she is also seen out and about wearing a pair of pants.

There are reports that Jill is now getting rebellious after TLC fired her husband, Derick Dillard, following his controversial tweets about Jazz Jennings. The network decided to cut its ties with the 28-year-old accountant after he said that being a transgender is a "falsehood."

With that, Derick has been removed from "Counting On." TLC said that he has not been seen in the reality series for quite a while now, and he would not be featured in future episodes anymore. The network also cleared its name after Derick's statements about Jennings.

"We want to reiterate that Derick's personal statements do not reflect the views of the network," it said in an official statement on Twitter. It then proudly announced that fans will continue to see Jennings' reality show "I Am Jazz" along with her family.
