A source close to Brad Pitt told Dailymail.com that the "Oceans" star is definitely not dating the 27-year-old Jennifer Lawrence. "It is completely false," explains the unnamed source to Dailymail.com.
Initial reports of the two Hollywood A-listers dating started after an insider from Star Magazine claimed that Pitt and Lawrence were enjoying late nights together and that they had an intense connection. Fox News also reported that the same insider from Star Magazine claimed that Pitt has had his eyes on the young actress for years. Apparently, he was just waiting for former wife Angelina Jolie to break up with him.
Previously, Lawrence began a romantic relationship with her co-star Nicholas Hoult. The two developed feelings for each other during filming of "X-Men: First Class" in 2010. Both Lawrence and Hoult were in an "on and off" relationship for four years until they officially split in 2014.
Two years later, in 2016, the Oscar award-winning actress started dating the then 46-year-old "Black Swan" director Darren Aronofsky whom she met while filming "Mother!" Lawrence and Aronofsky officially split a year later in October 2017. Aside from Pitt, there is no other actor rumored to be dating the actress.
Pitt, on the other hand, had a long list of partner, including "Seven" co-star Gwyneth Paltrow. The two dated from 1994 to 1997.
Pitt later met Jennifer Aniston in 1998, and they were married in 2000. However, the two split in January 2005. Two months after, Aniston filed divorce and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the cause.
Pitt then met Jolie in 2005 while filming for "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," where they claimed they fell in love with each other. After dating for nine long years, Pitt and Jolie finally married in August of 2014. Unfortunately, the famous Hollywood power couple split after just two years of marriage. Jolie filed for divorce and, like Aniston, she cited "irreconcilable differences" as the cause.
