Evan Blass, a mobile reporter and also a known foreteller of iPhone's release dates, tweeted that iPhone 7 will be released on the week of September 12. Several consumers backed his claim stating that iPhone's launch of devices is predictable and iPhone 7 may come out by that time of September.

Along with the release date rumors, leaked pictures and videos revealed the added color option, the Space Blue version.

The most controversial rumor that is looming over Apple's iPhone 7 is its reportedly removing of the 3.55mm headphone jack. A lot of the consumers reacted within the extreme end of the spectrum. Either they think it is the worst idea that Apple could execute or it's a very smart and bold move to modernize an old spec that is used for years.

Apple is known to replace conventional segments of a device and supplant it with the engineered parts that can only be compatible with iPhone.

According to Lisa Eadicicco of Time, a lot of cons can come with this along with some pros too. There is a lesser chance that the device could be plagued by dust and be logged by water because of fewer openings. It could be a problem though, for people who frequently need to record or other things that require to plug an external microphone.

iPhone 7 will reportedly use a Lightning port compatible Apple EarPods. The company will bundle the said port to a headphone jack adaptor together with the iPhone 7.

Justin Denison, vice president of Samsung marketing, alluded to this rumor and joked to what sounds like a light hearted teasing regarding Apple's decision to remove the consumer- friendly 3.55 mm jack.

"Want to know what else it comes with?" he asked the crowd. "An audio jack. I'm just saying."
