With the alleged launch of the Huawei Mate 8 on the horizon, more leaks and juicy information about the premium smartphone snow under the Internet, the latest of which hints that there will be a total of three variants for the forthcoming device.

The models differ in size, RAM configuration and storage space as well as other aspects that their sizes call for. Reports say the smallest one will measure around 5.5 inches to 5.7 inches, which isn't really that small. This variant will offer 3 GB RAM with 32 GB of internal storage to boot.

The other Huawei Mate 8 variant will be 6 inches, making it more of a phablet. There is no clear info about the hardware makeup of this model, although it is expected to have the same amount of RAM. It wouldn't be a surprise if it has 64 GB of room for files, games and apps.

Previous reports, however, indicate that this version will have 4G B RAM instead. It is important to note that before word about the flagship coming in various variants emerged, media outlets reported only of a sole Huawei offering sporting a 6-inch touchscreen.

Meanwhile, the third and final Huawei Mate 8 model is sizeable and is the biggest one in the bunch with a display as huge as 6.2 inches. It is expected to put up a whopping 128 GB storage, complementing its considerable dimension. The display will reportedly be in 2K or Quad HD quality.

The displays of the first two devices will boast a 1080p screen resolution but all three are expected to wear Android 6.0 Marshmallow. A new leaked image hint that the device will feature a fingerprint scanner and the camera on the rear (rumors say it's a 16-MP unit) will have dual-LED flash.

The rest of the specs sheet uncovered by rumor mills includes a 64-bit Kirin 950 chipset and an 8-MP front-facing snapper. Whether or not this is how powerful the Huawei Mate 8 will be, users are bound to know on Nov. 26.
