The truth can change a person's opinions, sometimes for the better, and sometimes for the worse. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal that Patient 6 (Steve Burton) will find that out for himself.
Sonny (Maurice Benard) wants Ava (Maura West) dead, and there is a chance that Patient 6 will save her. Then again, when he finds out about Ava's involvement in Morgan's (Bryan Craig) death, there is a chance that he might change his mind about saving her. Right now, it is clear that Ava is trying to do the right thing, however, no matter how many good deeds she may do today, it is still not enough to atone for her past transgressions.
This, of course, also includes the part she played in Morgan's death. She may not have killed him, but what she did certainly resulted in that. Morgan was doing well on his medication, as he was suffering from bipolar disorder. However, when Ava replaced his Lithium pills with placebos, it depleted the mood stabilizer and led to him having a manic episode that went out of control.
Then again, Ava may not have known that her actions resulted in fatal consequences. She just wanted to keep him away from Kiki (Hayley Erin). It was a reckless and criminal deed, most especially with how unpredictable bipolar disorder can be, but the death is only part of the consequence. Morgan was going through quite a lot, emotionally and psychologically from his illness. Had Ava not switched the meds, Morgan would still be around.
Sonny wants Ava to pay the price. He does not think that the burns on her face made up for it. Previously, he questioned her about what happened to Patient 6. Of course, Ava was not responsible for that. She helped him escape the clinic, while putting her life in jeopardy. Naturally, Patient 6 is grateful to Ava for what she did for him.
Patient 6 also knows that Morgan is dead. Carly (Laura Wright) told him about the mental health diagnosis, but she has not yet told him the rest of the story. He does not know that Ava switched Morgan's medication. Patient 6 has yet to know about that detail, so will he be able to save Ava from getting killed? Fans know that Sonny will never say no to Steve Burton's Jason.
"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
