'General Hospital' spoilers: Patient 6 finds support in Sonny; Michael upsets Nelle

Sonny has yet to bring Carly up to speed on what's happening in "General Hospital" Twitter/GeneralHospital

Sonny (Maurice Benard) will be in for quite a shock in an upcoming "General Hospital" episode. Spoilers' tease that Patient 6 (Steve Burton) will do everything he can to convince him that he is the real Jason Morgan.

Patient 6 will explain that he was being held at a clinic against his will for half a decade. Sonny, on the other hand, will bring up the current Jason Morgan (Billy Miller). Both of them will end up confused on how this whole mishap came to be. Nevertheless, Patient 6 will continue to give some more information that shows that he is the real Jason.

Sonny will end up having to go with his gut instincts for this. He might give Patient 6 the benefit of the doubt and agree to look into this, but for now, it seems like they will keep their meeting a secret. However, things will take a mad turn by Friday's episode as Dr. Klein's (Gene Farber) goons will crash the launch party, taking Sam (Kelly Monaco) hostage and Carly (Laura Wright) held at gunpoint.

Obviously, Carly will wonder what the fuss is all about. Monday's episode will have her seeking answers to what happened at the party. At the same time, current Jason will be tracking Sonny down. It is possible that Sonny is steering clear of the current Jason due to what he talked about with Patient 6. Sonny has no idea that Jason actually has a twin, so it is understandable that he would side with Patient 6, especially since he looks like the old Jason.

It does pose a question as to how Sonny will react when he meets current Jason again. He could try and be cool and figure out what is going on. Sonny and Jason's friends and family will eventually know what is happening. It only makes sense that people will start choosing sides and wonder who is Jason and who is actually Drew.

Meanwhile, more "General Hospital" spoilers indicate that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) will be facing some problems of her own. It seems that Michael (Chad Duell) will reveal to her that Curtis (Donnell Turner) gave another secret. Nelle turned out to have spent almost a year in a mental facility.

Longtime viewers know that Nelle's kidney was taken from her and sold. A loss of an organ paired with her close friends and family passing away is sure to take its toll on her. Plus, she was also accused of killing her fiancé, so it is only understandable that she would suffer a breakdown. Nevertheless, Nelle will be furious about how Michael does not trust her. She will insist that Michael has to stop looking into her past.

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays at 2 p.m. EDT on ABC.
