Michael is getting fed up with Nelle's lies on "General Hospital"

A lot of characters will be facing a whirlwind of events in the coming episodes of "General Hospital." From trying to end ruses to figuring out the truth, spoilers reveal that things are about to get very messy.

For one, there is the whole Ask Man Landers ruse that Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Maxie (Kristen Storms) are putting up this week. Nathan is ready to put that whole ruse away, but it seems that Maxie has other plans, and she will have an idea that will bring Nathan to continue the ruse. He will wonder how long until he can stop doing this, but there will be some twists down the road that might keep him from doing so.

There is also Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna's (Finola Hughes) ruse as well. Finn will want out of this whole charade, but Anna will not let him get out of it just yet.

Of course, there is the whole drama surrounding Patient 6 (Steve Burton) and everyone connected to him. He certainly set up a whole series of events that took everyone by surprise. He will find himself having a rather tense conversation with Jason (Billy Miller) and Carly (Laura Wright). Sonny (Maurice Benard) will try to mediate, but it is certain that he will have some difficulty in doing so.

Apart from Sonny, Carly, and Jason, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) will also be thrown in the loop regarding Patient 6. He will start putting two and two together, realizing that someone with Jason's old face is in Port Charles. Michael (Chad Duell) will also learn about Dante's findings, and the two of them will be unsure of what to make with what they learned.

Next week will see things take an even more complicated turn. Patient 6 will ponder on everything he has lost. He will clearly have some difficulty coping, but he will try to stay strong. Curtis (Donnell Turner) will be determined to find some answers for Jason. However, what he will find will bring more questions than answers.

It is possible that Curtis will find some hints about Jason's twin Drew. Franco (Roger Howarth) can definitely fill him in on what he knows, but things will get tricky due to what Andre (Anthony Montgomery) would reveal. Franco might be worried about the fallout that will occur once the truth is exposed.

Liz (Rebecca Herbst), on the other hand, will also have her encounter with Patient 6 and it will leave her shocked. She will also be facing some problems with Franco due to his lack of honesty, but there is a chance that he can learn to be more open with her.

More relationship drama is ahead as "General Hospital" spoilers reveal that come November, some couples, both current and former, will be facing troubles. It seems that honesty will serve as the primary conflicts for some of them aside from Liz and Franco.

Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Nina (Michelle Stafford) might be heading in that direction. It seems that Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) will become a bigger problem than Valentin thought, and he is also working on hiding the truth from Nina.

Kiki (Haley Erin) and Dillon's (Robert Palmer Watkins) relationship will also hit a rough patch, but this is more on their priorities. The two of them will have their respective careers in the forefront, which could put their relationship in the back burner. Obviously, this cannot be good for their romance.

Then there is the conflict between Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and Michael. He decided to end things with Chloe, but there will be some twists and turns that could change things between them. Michael will find himself trying to figure out if Nelle will still be in his life as either his lady love or someone he should be wary of.

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays at 2 p.m. EDT on ABC.
