'General Hospital' spoilers: Michael has doubts about Nelle; Patient 6 lurks in shadows at Port Charles; Sam manipulates Maxie?

Michael has a lot to learn about Nelle in "General Hospital" Twitter/GeneralHospital

How far does someone have to go to prove that they can be trusted? That certainly seems to be the case for this week's episodes of "General Hospital." Spoilers reveal that Michael (Chad Duell) will start to have some doubts about Nelle (Chloe Lanier).

It seems that Nelle has not proven that she can be trusted and that will start making him have doubts. Michael will make a decision, although it remains to seen what kind of decision he is going to make, but he will have second thoughts later on. He will be surprised when an anonymous donation comes his way. He does not know who is responsible for this, but that question will be answered eventually.

It is clear that Nelle has an uphill battle trying to prove herself to several characters who believe that she is not what seems she is. Carly (Laura Wright) and Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) have been doing all they could to expose her as a liar. They want Michael to see her for who she really is. Michael knows that Nelle has quite a past to her, but he has not been able to believe that she is capable of murdering someone. Some rather disturbing information should get to him soon, and he will be taken aback.

Meanwhile, other "General Hospital" spoilers indicate that in the next two weeks, Sam (Kelly Monaco) will be in for quite a turn of events. One of which is perhaps the most buzzed about drama regarding Jason (Billy Miller) and Patient 6 (Steve Burton), who will be coming to Port Charles next week. She is determined on building a nice and quiet life with Jason and their kids, but obviously that is not going to happen for a while now since Patient 6 is going to make himself known.

Aside from that, she will manage to find some time to hang out with Maxie (Kirsten Storms). Sam will get sneaky as she tries to manipulate her so she could get what she wants. Will she be successful? That has yet to be determined.

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays at 2 p.m. EDT on ABC.
