Another character is finally returning to Port Charles in the coming episodes of "General Hospital." Spoilers reveal that Julian Jerome (William DeVry) is finally back on canvas. DeVry had to take a break from filming due to contract negotiations, but now it has been confirmed that the actor will be coming back to film next week. This means, fans can see his first appearance by the end of November.

So what will Julian be up to now when he comes back? There is a chance that Julian will be teaming up with Sonny (Maurice Benard). So, fans should expect a very interesting storyline for these two characters when they cross paths again.

In the meantime, "General Hospital" spoilers indicate that a new promo reveals that Patient 6 (Steve Burton) has finally set foot on Port Charles. He is revealed to be walking into Sam's (Kelly Monaco) house. So, this only means a surprising confrontation is ahead. Fans know that Patient 6 fought his way out of the clinic to make his way back to town. The narration in the clip teased that he is coming back to Sam, but she is not alone. Sam has been living with another man whom everyone else believes is Jason Morgan (Billy Miller).

Sam will likely be confused and skeptical. One flashback scene in the promo shows Sam mentioning how things have been different ever since she lost Jason. Fans know that she was saying this while Jason was in a coma. Patient 6 coming into Sam's life will certainly stir a lot of events. However, Sam is not the only person who will be affected by this. It seems that everyone in Port Charles will be shaken up. A big confrontation is ahead, which brings everyone a step further into the Patient 6 mystery.

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays at 2 p.m. on ABC.
