Maxie receives big news on "General Hospital"

So, the twin drama continues in Port Charles in the coming episodes of "General Hospital." Spoilers reveal that Jason's (Billy Miller) insecurities will intensify.

Ever since Patient 6 (Steve Burton) showed up and claimed to be the real Jason, he has become quite defensive. He has the need to remind everyone that he is the real Jason Morgan and he is determined to prove that he is.

On the other hand, Patient 6 is a lot quieter, but he is still confident that he is the real deal. He told Carly (Laura Wright) that he did not care about taking back his name. He suggested that Carly could call him something else. Patient 6 is only happy that he is finally home and close to his loved ones again. Could Patient 6 be calm because he knows who he is? Perhaps. He believes that he is Jason Morgan compared to the current one, who is always looking for reassurance.

From the current Jason's reaction this alone, it seems apparent that he is no longer sure of who he is.

Sam (Kelly Monaco) will then be making a confession next week. Patient 6 will give a speech on how much he loves her and what they used to share. It seems that at the end of it all, Sam will admit that she believes Patient 6's claims. Deep down, Sam might have known that Patient 6 was the real Jason, the moment they saw each other again.

Then again, even though Sam believes Patient 6, that does not mean she is ready to dump the current Jason. She truly does love him, but she will still be left with a choice about her future, so she will think that over in the weeks to come.

Unfortunately, it seems that the current Jason will catch Sam and Patient 6 having a moment, and it will only add to his worries. Jason will begin to ask for more reassurance but Sam's feelings will be evident in this situation. Jason will realize that Sam is now siding with Patient 6. Even though Jason has sworn to prove that Patient 6 is Drew, he might just need to focus on finding the answers, no matter how much it could hurt him. Jason should be prepared to accept the scenario that he is actually Drew and that Patient 6 is Jason.

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
