It is time for Franco (Roger Howarth) to come forward with the truth, with everything that he knows. "General Hospital" spoilers indicate that he will be faced with a tough situation.
Andre (Anthony Montgomery) gave him a document that somewhat proved who was who between the current Jason (Billy Miller) and Patient 6 (Steve Burton). Franco now has the power to change both their lives forever. Then again, the two of them will just have to take Franco's word for it for now.
Franco also burned the evidence, so that will put him at a disadvantage should he decide to reveal everything. Either way, it seems that things are definitely leading up to that big moment. Fans will have to speculate once again, who Franco thinks is the real Jason and who he thinks is Drew.
From the way he behaves, it appears that Franco believes that Patient 6 is the real Jason. He sees him as an emerging threat to his relationship with Liz (Rebecca Herbst), but he might have overlooked an even bigger threat. Liz is currently on the current Jason's side, it is definitely bringing them closer.
Franco might feel that Liz is more drawn to the current Jason because of his name and their son Jake (Hudson West). He might feel that their relationship would definitely change if Jason was no longer Jason. Franco might consider the thought of revealing this, while at the same time wonder if revealing what he knows could give him a bigger chance at keeping Liz by his side.
Then again, there is a big risk. If Patient 6 is revealed to be the true Jason, he will win back Sam (Kelly Monaco). In turn, Drew could turn to Liz instead. Franco will just have to hope that Liz would not want current Jason without his life and history.
Regardless, Franco will reconsider spilling everything that he thinks is the truth. By that time, other pieces of the puzzle could start to fall into place. The current Jason will definitely have a lot on his plate down the road.
Next week, fans can expect the current Jason to be in shock. He will definitely struggle with disbelief. Some conclusive evidence could have probably turned up along the way that Patient 6 is actually Jason. Either way, Franco might claim that it is true. Obviously Miller's Jason is not going to trust Franco's word on this. He will be determined to follow as many leads as possible.
