"General Hospital" this week will be full of confessions and suspicions including the revelation about Dr. Obrecht's (Kathleen Gati) secret. What will happen once Faison (Anders Hove) finds out about Nathan (Ryan Paevey)?

Dr. Obrecht has done everything to keep Nathan safe. She even made sure that Nathan will not learn about his real father who happens to be Faison. But Dr. Obrecht's secret will be revealed, which will cause drama in Port Charles.

On the other hand, Nathan is determined to find Faison in order to end the threat in their family. Faison's freedom means that Nathan, Maxie (Kirsten Storms), and their baby are in danger. With the help of Lulu (Emme Rylan), Nathan will try to locate Faison. But will they be successful in their hunt?

While Lulu is trying hard to get some information about Faison's whereabouts, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is hoping that she will just drop the mission. As for Nathan, he will be pressured to back down, while Maxie feels that there is something bad going on. Because of this, Maxie will try to convince Nathan to hide with her. She will feel that once they find Faison, he will be enraged. Maxie will then ask help from Mac (John J. York) with the hopes of convincing Nathan to agree with her plan.

A big revelation about Nathan will be featured on "General Hospital." Dr. Obecht might talk to Faison about this and she might beg him to leave their son alone. As a mother, she will no doubt risk anything to save her son, which may include risking her life.

However, there are talks that Nathan will die after saving his mother from Faison. This would be a heartbreaking twist, hinting the possible exit of actor Ryan Paevey from the show. Do you think Nathan and Dr. Obecht could escape the wrath of Faison?

Other spoilers reveal that Anna (Finola Hughes) will suspect that there is something wrong since Cassandra's (Jessica Tuck) goon admitted to put her in that coma. Later on, she will find an evidence that will support her theory that may involve Valentin (James Patrick Stuart).

"General Hospital" airs Mondays to Fridays, 2 p.m. EST, on ABC.
