'Game of Thrones' season 6 spoilers: Jon Snow could be alive as actor spotted near 'GOT' set in Belfast

Kit Harington as Jon Snow in "Game of Thrones" HBO/ Game of Thrones

Kit Harington is once again in the news after a fan took a snapshot of him arriving in Belfast, which is where most of the "Game of Thrones" scenes are filmed. Further confirmation of this came the next day with photographs of the actor strolling near the show's headquarters.

"Game of Thrones" season 5 ended with Jon Snow looking up the sky and laying on the frozen ground whilst his blood gushed out of the stabbed wounds he suffered from his Night's Watch brothers. Most, if not everyone, in the GOT and "A Song of Ice and Fire" communities believe that Jon Snow will be back one way or the other. Even after Kit Harington confirmed that his character is dead and will not be part of Season 6, fans still cling to their firm conviction that Jon Snow will rise from the dead.

Many articles have been written detailing why Jon Snow is coming back and how it is almost impossible to kill off the character, even though the show got rid of several major protagonists in the previous seasons. The same sentiment is being shared throughout the fanbase and naturally, all eyes are currently locked on Kit Harington.

The casting for "Game of Thrones" season 6 was concluded a few days ago and production was reported to begin this week. Hence, the WoTW (Watchers on the Wall) report of Harington arriving in Belfast a couple of days ago substantiates the belief that he will be part of the coming season.

It was also reported that Kit Harington was in the same Belfast-bound flight as Tom Wlaschiha, the actor who plays Jaqen H'ghar in the series.

Following the released fan-snapped photos of his arrival in Belfast, Mail Online has also posted photographs of Harington walking around Belfast, near the show's filming location, with Ben Crompton, a "Game of Thrones" actor who plays Eddison Tollett.

The pictures show Harrington smoking a cigarette walking alongside Crompton. The 28-year-old actor was wearing a hoodie that covered his hair, which, by itself, has an extensive online following. The actor, in an interview, said that he has been wanting to cut his locks but is compelled not to because of his role in "Game of Thrones."
