The highly popular open world racing video game "Forza Horizon 3" has now received a brand new update that will significantly be improving the overall gaming experience for Xbox One and PC gamers. The game's developers Playground Games and Turn 10 Studios has announced the new update and detailed some of the changes and improvements that it has brought to the game.

The update itself mostly contains changes for the PC version of the game and improves its compatibility with the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system to provide a more streamlined and smooth operation. It does, however, still contain some minor fixes for the Xbox One console including minor crash issues caused by different scenarios.

"This update includes numerous stability and performance improvements for the game across a variety of Windows 10 PC hardware configurations, as well as fixing numerous gameplay issues to improve game stability on PC. Performance and stability improvements continue to be a top priority for Playground Games and Turn 10, and will also be a focus of future updates as well," said the developers at the game's official website.

The developers also listed a long list of improvements that they have made to the game. The game apparently now runs smoother for PC users with multiple-core setups and those who are running high end graphics cards.

There is also a much improved Wheel peripheral support that improves force feedback, performance, and improvements to the device's action mapping.

Aside from the improvements and performance tweaks, the update also contains a number of changes to the gameplay systems which are all apparently aimed at fixing different balance issues within the game. This includes a reduction of XP awards for banking Skill Chains and a different cool-down for the Drift Tap skill.

Those who are interested to view all of the recent changes to the game can check the update's full patch notes here.
