The latest patch to "Fortnite's Battle Royale" mode has just been released. The latest game patch has brought on many updates to address the players' needs.

"Fortnite's Battle Royale" mode update 1.10 went officially live and available for download on Dec. 7. The update brought new many improvements as Epic Games, the game's developer, promised to deliver.

"Fortnite's Battle Royale" update patch focused mainly on improving the computer's central processing unit's (CPU) performance and framerates when playing the game. This also includes animation trail effects and particles, lighting and shadows rendering, and glider physics.

The latest "Fortnite" update patch also brings updates to the game's aim assist. This means that leading targets using a sniper rifle will now be easier. Reloading, however, will now take place outside of scoped view.

But perhaps one of the most notable change with the latest "Fortnite" update is the new inventory user interface (UI). In the official 1.10 Patch Notes found in the game's official website, Epic Games noted how the new inventory UI will help "ease a lot of pain points for controller players and mouse players alike."

The latest "Fortnite" patch update also introduced four new "Save the World" mode heroes. Players may be able to get them for free. This is, however, exclusive only for Xbox One.

Comicbook reports that in order to get these four new "Save the World" heroes for free, a player must meet certain requirements. If a player previously purchased a "Founders Pack" on Xbox One, the player must simply complete the "Loot Llamas" quest.

If the player has already finished the said "Save the World" quest, then all the player must do is simply log in to his account — given that the patch 1.10 is already installed.

"Fortnite" was released in July 25 as a paid early-access game and was developed by Epic Games their subsidiary game developer, People Can Fly. The game is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and on macOS.
