Fans are now excited to see the upcoming "The Walking Dead" and "Fear the Walking Dead" crossover. In fact, viewers are now thinking who among the "TWD" original stars will grace its spin-off series.

Rumors are strong that Michael Cudlitz is going to reprise his role as Abraham Ford in the coming crossover. As the "FWD" season 4 is said to move its location in Texas, it is not far from happening.

The show's co-creator Dave Erickson told Deadline that Proctor John's (Ray McKinnon) statement about moving to Houston was just a "happy coincidence." The new antagonist set up the move to a new location to see what is still left for him in the city of Texas in "Fear the Walking Dead" season 4.

This might just mean that the 60-year-old star will return in "FWD's" new installment and will stay as its main villain. However, this also hints Abraham's coming in the spin-off series and the start of the crossover.

In "FWD" timeline, Abraham was still in Houston with his wife, son, and daughter. To recall, in "TWD," Eugene (Josh McDermitt) met Abraham in Houston after the former saved the latter.

Cudlitz's character was about to take his own life after he killed the guys who raped his wife. At the time of the rape, Abraham was in a grocery store with friends, and these pals he was with might be "FWD" characters.

With that, it is not far that Abraham will be seen in a number of episodes of "TWD" spin-off series. In fact, Cudlitz could be a regular cast of the AMC post-apocalyptic drama. It is also possible that the "FWD" stars will be making their way to Alexandria.

"Fear the Walking Dead" season 4 is set to return in 2018 on AMC. "The Walking Dead" season 8 is now on its midseason break and will return on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018.
