Duck Dynasty's Sadie Robertson chooses to pray about future husband: 'Everything will happen in God's perfect timing'

Even if she is only 20 years old, "Duck Dynasty" star Sadie Robertson has already accomplished a lot of things. She's a reality star, motivational speaker, a model, and even an author.

Following her bestselling book, "Live Original," Robertson has now penned a new book called "Live Fearless" where she detailed her past heartbreaks and how she is trusting God with her love life.

"I had this expectation. I wanted to get married young. My whole family, everybody got married at 18 and 19 to their high school sweetheart. That just didn't happen for me. I put this expectation that that's what it is," she told Rare Country about her romantic pursuits. "Then I get to 18, and I'm like, 'Not only am I not getting married, I don't even have a boyfriend right now.' So, it's not even anywhere near my future."

As difficult as it might be to wait and have faith in God, Robertson said that's exactly what she's doing right now. Everything will happen in God's perfect timing, and Robertson even shared in her new book the prayer she has for her future husband. She hopes that other girls who are looking for love will follow suit.

"Look for somebody who pursues you like you are a princess. Look for somebody who treats you like you're a daughter, and then also look for somebody who makes you feel like a really special girl, but normal. That's what I'm looking for," she said. "That's not to say that they're going to be perfect. You're not going to be perfect. Your relationship's not going to be perfect. Of course it comes with hardship, but it's the way that they pursue you and treat you. I think, for me, it took coming out of relationships that didn't look like that. And then not just being quick to jump back in and just be content and settle, or anything like that, but to really wait until it looks like that."

After its release, Robertson's book has received many positive reviews and she is simply humbled by the praises it has received.

"I have been overwhelmed by how many have already bought it! Thanks for all the support! It's so much more than just buying a book... it is choosing to be done with fear and an expectancy to find freedom," she wrote on Instagram (@legitsadierob).
