People are so used to expressing profanities on a daily basis and getting their own way at the risk of being rude and arrogant that it's hard to believe there are actually still people out there who are well-mannered and polite.

The National League of Junior Cotillions decided to highlight these exemplary individuals as it recently released its list of the 10 "best mannered" people in 2017, according to USA Today. The list boasted of celebrities, athletes, and a handful of Christian TV personalities, such as "Duck Dynasty" star Sadie Robertson and "Fixer Upper" star Joanna Gaines.

Topping the list is golfer Rickie Fowler, who displayed "consistently well-mannered conduct both on and off the golf course." Gymnast Aly Raisman, football quarterback Deshaun Watson, former professional footballer David Beckham, singers Selena Gomez and Thomas Rhett, golfer Matt Kuchar, and "Suits" personality and future bride of Prince Harry of England, Meghan Markle, also made it to the list.

"We believe this year's student nominations (and our ultimate winners) are a reminder that, whether you are a celebrity, athlete, musician, or politician, America's young people are watching and they do value character," National League of Junior Cotillions President Charles Winters said in a statement, adding that this year's recipients' contributions are truly "positive, uplifting, and honorary."

Robertson, in particular, was so thrilled with the distinction that she shared the list on Instagram (@legitsadierob) and tagged her fellow well-mannered individuals.

"USA Today just put out their annual top 10 best mannered people in 2017," she wrote in the caption. "I would like to thank my mom and dad for teaching me good manners. @bosshogswife @realwilliebosshog thanks for the incredible honor @usatoday proud to be in such good company. Very humbling."
