Things are certainly escalating to unprecedented proportions as the Super Saiyan warriors continue their fight against Black Goku and Zamasu in the upcoming new episode of the hit animated television series, "Dragon Ball Super." The next episode will reportedly be featuring an entirely new power level that will be attained by Future Trunks as he witnesses the alleged death of his mother, Bulma.

According to the latest spoiler reports for the upcoming 62nd episode, Future Trunks will apparently be transforming into his Super Saiyan Blue form as he is pushed to his limits when his mother's life is threatened. Trunks is, of course, only half-Saiyan, but that doesn't mean that he will not be able to surpass his father's power when push comes to shove.

Reports have revealed that Bulma — along with Mai and the rest of the Z-warriors — will be traveling to the future to try and support the Super Saiyans as they fight against their unbelievably powerful enemies.

Unfortunately, during their attempts to help the Saiyans, some reports have claimed that Bulma may be meeting her demise at the hands of either Zamasu or Black Goku. It is also possible that she may just get badly hurt in an attack, but whatever the case may be, simply witnessing his mother in harm's way will be pushing Trunks to unleash his full power.

Meanwhile, Goku and Vegeta will be taking the opportunity to go back to the past and learn the Mafuba technique as suggested by Piccolo. The warriors are hoping that the new technique will be enough to defeat both Zamasu and Black Goku. The technique itself is meant to be a move that will seal away demons and then trap them inside a magically sealed container.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 62 — titled "Trunk's Super Power!" — airs this Sunday, Oct. 16, at 9 a.m. JST on Fuji TV.
