Some big returns and some departures have been happening on "Days of Our Lives," and spoilers reveal that a few characters will also be back from the dead.

For one, Kassie DePaiva will be coming back as Eve starting this week, and fans can expect her to stir up some trouble. She will start by surprising Victor (John Aniston) and Brady (Eric Martsolf). Knowing that Eve will be in a story arc that involves both Brady and the head of the Kiriakis family, some more drama is headed their way. She will be making a shocking announcement. It is likely that the announcement has something to do with Tate.

Could Eve be worried about the environment that Tate is being brought up in? It is possible that she could sue them for custody of the child, or she might even move in the mansion to serve as Tate's mother figure. Some romance is also headed Eve's direction, and as to who it is going to be remains to be seen.

William Utay is also back, having started his return episodes last week. Stefano's (Joseph Mascolo) right hand man has been revealed to be taking orders from another client. After being held at gunpoint by Sami (Alison Sweeney) this week, he will admit that he did resurrect Will (Chandler Massey), but it was not under Stefano's orders. Shortly after his confession, he will swallow a cyanide pill. Of course, that does not mean that fans have seen the last of him. Dr. Rolf is known for cheating death many times after all.

Speaking of death, two more characters will be brought back from the dead, although their return will not be like Will's. Serena (Melissa Archer) and Paige (True O'Brien) will be popping back in Salem, perhaps to give some residents a little haunting of the past just in time for Halloween.

As for departures, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) bid farewell to Salem last week, but she did vow to return, so her goodbye was not so final.

In the meantime, more "Days of Our Lives" spoilers for the next two weeks reveal that Adrienne (Judi Evans) will finally be out of Statesville thanks to Steve (Stephen Nichols), Justin (Wally Kurth), and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). Unfortunately, she might not be able to relax just yet due to the whole Will mystery. She, along with Justin and Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) will also take part in looking for Will.

When Lucas learns that the woman who dumped him was actually Bonnie (Judi Evans), he might get his hopes up. He will think that Adrienne is still very much in love with him. However, next week that hope will crumble as she will decide that Justin is actually the one she wants.

"Days of Our Lives" airs Mondays to Fridays at 12 p.m. EDT on NBC.
