Selection of Christmas movies on Netflix Netflix

With Halloween and Thanksgiving 2017 in the books, people are looking forward to 2017's last Hurrah, Christmas day. Netflix is also going all out with a wide selection of Christmas movies for the entire family.

Several entertainment publications had already released a list of the best Christmas movies to binge-watch before, during, and after Christmas day. Subscribers' options include the best Christmas classics like the horror-comedy "Gremlins," 1983's "A Christmas Story," 1994's "The Santa Clause," and Jim Carrey's "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."

Some family movies are also included in the Christmas film roster of Netflix. The video streaming company recommends movies such as "A Wish for Christmas," "Christmas with the Kranks," I'll be Home for Christmas," "Angels in the Snow" "Angels Sing," and more.

According to Popsugar, people can never go wrong with Holiday favorites like "The Legend of Frosty the Snowman," "White Christmas," "Dear Santa," and "Santa's Apprentice."

Netflix also has a long list of Disney Christmas movies. Disney is planning to launch its own online streaming service online in the near future. This indicates that Disney will be pulling its content from Netflix soon. Disney has not announced the launching of its streaming service.

People can still enjoy animated Disney movies before they are pulled from Netflix. Viewers can enjoy "The Nightmare Before Christmas," "Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas," and "Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas." Adding to the animated movie list, "Casper's Haunted Christmas" is also available on Netflix.

Netflix also added new 2017 Christmas movies on its list. The animated Christmas film "A Storybots Christmas" directed by Evan Spiridellis and Jeff Gill was recently uploaded. People can also indulge in the Romantic drama flick "A Christmas Prince," starring Ben Lamb and Rose McIver.

There are still no updates from Netflix if the streaming website will release new Christmas movies in December.
