In the next episode of "Black-ish," Rainbow Johnson (Tracee Ellis Ross) struggles to adjust to the working lifestyle at the hospital after she went on a maternity leave.

The synopsis and promotional photos for the upcoming installment, which is titled "Working Girl," were just released recently, and they show Rainbow in her blue scrubs talking with the medical staff at the hospital where she works. She has just come back after giving birth to her youngest infant, DeVante. Her colleagues greet her with smiles and well wishes.

At one point, they offer her a chocolate cake as a welcome gesture. Rainbow then shows them pictures of her new baby on her camera phone. They are awed by his cuteness, and they break out into more smiles. However, after a while, Rainbow appears to be a bit uncomfortable about the prolonged gathering and starts to rub her neck.

Apparently, she feels she feels that she has been away too long that she is now having a hard time getting into the thick of things at work. She has given birth to her first four kids without a hitch, but this time, she feels that some things are out of balance, and she needs to know why. Her husband Andre (Anthony Anderson) is sure to help her out as they often confide in each other. It remains to be seen if she will be able to get into the groove of things at the hospital.

In the last episode, Andre was scared of having diabetes and dying, which prompted him to get a terrible nightmare where he was dead and that Rainbow remarried. He didn't want to lose his family, so he decided to get checked up at the hospital for diabetes.

"Black-ish" season 4 episode 10 will hit the airwaves on Tuesday, Jan. 2, at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
