'Battlefield 1' release date: Xbox One S bundles announced

Microsoft has officially announced special Xbox One S bundles for the upcoming first-person shooter video game "Battlefield 1" fans go avail of when upgrading to the newly released console.

One of the bundles includes the "Battlefield 1 Standard Edition" and a white colored version of the new and more powerful console with 500GB memory on top of one month of EA Access.

For those who do not know, EA Access gives players the chance to play upcoming games for a specific amount of time prior to their release. It also endows players unlimited access to The Vault and EA titles.

Priced at $299, this special "Battlefield 1" Xbox One S bundle will be available in Europe on Oct. 13 while gamers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand will get their hands on it on Oct. 21

Fans in the U.S. can opt for a storm grey special edition version of this bundle although they will have to wait until Nov. 1 to get it. This model will only be available in Microsoft stores and Walmart for $299 as well.

Those who want to go bigger can opt for the 1TB version of the Xbox One S, which will also be bundled with "Battlefield 1." This version of the console is colored army green.

This special bundle comes with the "Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition" along with the game's additional content namely the Hellfighter Pack, Red Baron Pack, Lawrence of Arabia Pack and five Battlepacks.

This also gives buyers the exclusive treat to "a new visual appearance of the Behemoths." Like the version that was mentioned, fans will get one month of EA Access as well.

Fans in Europe will get it by Oct. 13 while gamers in the rest of the regions will have to wait until Oct. 18. Those who are planning to go for this bundle will have to shell out $349.
