Jeremy Renner has recently uploaded a bittersweet video on his Instagram account saying that he has completed filming his scenes for Avengers 3 & 4.

In the video, Renner expressed how excited he is for when the movie will be put together, and that while he has wrapped up filming his scenes, it doesn't necessarily mean that Marvel fans won't be seeing him again, saying that "it's not a goodbye, it's a 'see you later.'"

The American actor, who plays master archer and Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division (S.H.I.E.L.D.) agent Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye, has confirmed that his character will at least make it to the final "Avengers" movie with his recent post.

It is also noticeable that Renner is wearing a different hairstyle from the one he had in the previous movies, alluding to rumors that the actor might indeed ditch his bow and arrows and become Ronin, Barton's second superhero identity.

In a recent report by entertainment website CBR, several other actors have also completed filming for the movie Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch) and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), as well as Paul Bettany (Vision), were all confirmed to have finished filming their scenes on Avengers 4.

Overall filming was also reported to have finished near the end of 2017, meaning that the film will likely head over to post-production just as "Infinity War" hits cinemas on May 19, 2018. The final movie is initially planned for a May 3, 2019 release, a little less than a year after the third movie.

The last two "Avengers" movie will be the culmination of all the events in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) which started in 2008 with "Iron Man."

The films will put together the entire cast of the franchise as all of them will battle Thanos for Earth's survival. The ensemble cast includes Robert Downey Jr., Josh Brolin, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Olsen, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul Bettany, Samuel L. Jackson, Cobie Smulders, Benedict Wong, Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, Pom Klementieff, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland and Anthony Mackie.
