Ami Brown is still undergoing cancer treatment. Will fans still see her on "Alaskan Bush People"?

While waiting for "Alaskan Bush People" season 8, fans are happy that they will once again get a glimpse of the Brown family through the "Alaskan Bush People" Christmas special. However, this left fans wondering if Ami Brown will appear in the show due to her condition.

TV Insider reported that the filming for the Christmas special took place in Colorado during the first week of November. Fans are aware that the family were spotted in the area after Rain posted on Instagram that her mother Ami will be getting a second round of chemotherapy.

A fan page on Facebook called Alaskan Bush People: Exposed revealed that the Browns were all in Colorado, including Bam and Noah. After filming, Bam and Allison went to New Orleans and probably South Carolina, while the rest of the Brown family went back to Los Angeles. However, this does not mean that filming is over.

When photos of the family in Colorado emerged, many were asking where Ami is. A picture of Billy pushing Ami on a wheelchair shows that Ami has joined them in Colorado. It is possible that she is also there to film. Even though fans are happy to see Ami, many also expressed their worries that she is filming despite her condition.

One fan even wrote on Facebook: "Why would you leave your mansion to go film a Christmas special in the freaking woods of Colorado? How stupid. Not to mention drag your sick wife there." The family is living in a $2.7 million Bevery Hills mansion which is located near the hospital where Ami gets her treatment. However, it appears that they indeed went out with Ami to film for the Christmas special.

Is there is a possibility that the "Alaskan Bush People" Christmas special will be brief since they did not spend a long time in Colorado? Fans should expect lots of rehashed stuff as well as some interviews.

"Alaskan Bush People" Christmas Special will air on Friday, Dec. 15, at 10 p.m. EST on Discovery.
