In a previous post, we did mention about the potential release of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 this coming September, 2015 if rumors hold true. Aside from that, we did mention as well the most likely features the device would come in as it tries to improve on the worldwide acceptance and hype that the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Aside from the fact that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is expected to come packed with a more powerful processor, the real interesting angle to date is with regards to the display. It is a fact as well that many are expecting a curved display for the Galaxy Note 5 which should become another benchmark for the highly anticipated successor of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

A curved display does bring up certain questions and among them include the resolution it would come with. Again, there are speculations that the display will come with another impressive feature that points to a display possibly boasting of a 4K EDGE display which means that the next device will likely have an insanely impressive resolutions that will surely garner consumer interest.

But like most phones, banking on a high resolution display may have its issues. Among them include of course the power requirements which places the battery of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 into question. Can the undisclosed battery pack hold up with the rumored high resolution of the Galaxy Note 5?

Critics believe that this is something to watch, seeing that Samsung has had its history of battery issues from some of their previous phones. It could be of course mended by the Android OS but still, that is no guarantee of improving possible fast battery drains.

Regardless, a phone that boasts of a curved and high resolution display will always be something to watch with most worrying about power concerns later on. Who in his right mind would pass up getting a high resolution phone that carries an unusual curved display?
