The massive space-exploration sci-fi game "No Man's Sky" finally gets a release date, and developer Hello Games also confirmed other details about the title, including a collector's edition for the PC version.

On the games list on iAm8Bit, a page has gone live for "No Man's Sky: Explorer's Edition." This special edition is for the PC version of the game, and fans can purchase the collector's edition for $149.99. The "Explorer's Edition" is a limited item exclusive, as the page lists the game version to have only 10,000 copies available.

The bundled package for "No Man's Sky: Explorer's Edition" consists of the digital game code either via PC or GoG, as well as some choice bonus items for collectors. There is a hand-painted cast-metal ship replica in 1:35 scale, and the package also includes different decals to customize the replica ship with. There is also a diorama backdrop to serve as background for the ship's display, as well as a hard-enamel traveller's pin for the player.

Also included in the bundle is a surprise item that will be revealed at the game's launch.

Hello Games has already confirmed that "No Man's Sky" will be released on June 22 in the U.K.

Meanwhile, aside from the collector's edition, EU PlayStation Blog also announced that there will be a limited edition bundle for the PlayStation 4 version of the game. Aside from the Blu-Ray version copy of "No Man's Sky," the PS4 exclusive also contains bonus items such as a Steelbook Case, a 48-page art book, an exclusive comic issue, an in-game starter kit, and a dynamic PS4 theme.

The confirmation of the roll-out period for "No Man's Sky" has been welcomed by fans, as Hello Games has not announced any previous hints about the release. In addition, the mid-2016 release date is already a setback as the game was originally scheduled to release in December last year.
