Kevin Max takes ride on wild side for Cotes D Armor

Three simple words describe the bold and innovative career of dPulse artist Kevin Max: Strength Through Reinvention.

That will certainly be evident in the forthcoming dPulse release Cotes d Armor, announced today for an April 27 worldwide release.

Foreshadowed by the recent digital maxi-single Traveler (Mora Brothers Remixes), Cotes d Armor finds Kevin Max exploring new territory, while also staking his claim to the province of intelligent, searingly personal rock that has always been his own.

The album brand new tracks produced by mega-producers Tedd T and Lynn Nichols of Lynnt Productions as well as radical re-workings of tracks originally released on 2008's Crashing Gates.

Max teams up with legendary UK electronica band Pop Will Eat Itself, plus label mates and collaborators 3kStatic for this electronically-charged new release.

In a move some may see as reminiscent of Bowie and Peter Gabriel, it s the strength of reinvention that has empowered Kevin Max to seamlessly move, combine or shift genres almost at will as listeners will discover first-hand when Cotes d Armor drops April 27. They will also discover the same presence that helped propel DC Talk to fame as a Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum super-band only considerably evolved and perpetually reinvented.

Kevin Max will continue to announce an aggressive series of select live dates throughout 2010 in support of Cotes d Armor. For management & booking inquiries, please contact Greg Carnes Productions at 210-858-5904 or email greg@gregcarnesprod.com.
