"HGTV" host and star of TLC's "Trading Spaces," Carter Oosterhouse, has been accused of sexual misconduct by his former makeup artist. Kailey Kaminsky broke her long silence and came out to tell her story.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Kaminsky stated that she worked with the "HGTV" star as a makeup artist in 2008. She alleged that 41-year-old Oosterhouse, 41, had coerced her into performing repeated oral sex acts with him.

The 34-year-old former makeup artist also claimed that her employment on the show could have been in jeopardy if she did not acquiesce to the request. Kaminsky's experience with Oosterhouse had been tough. She said that after the alleged sexual incident, she went into a depression that resulted in her getting hospitalized. She also had to eventually give up her job on the show's production.

For his part, Oosterhouse told the media that his intimate relationship with Kaminsky was "100 percent mutual and consensual." The TV show host also told The Hollywood Reporter that he had never been intimate with any crew or executive members of the show's production, and that whatever he had with Kaminsky was the only sexual relationship he had in his professional career. "I would have never done anything that I was not sure was mutually agreeable," he stated.

Oosterhouse, who is also a model, got his first big break on TV when he hosted the TLC series "Trading Spaces." He also hosted three other TV programs, namely the home improvement show "Carter Can," the earth-friendly living show "Red Hot & Green," and HGTV network's "Million Dollar Rooms." He also hosts ABC's reality show "The Great Christmas Light Fight" along with Taniya Nayak.

Oosterhouse's next big project is TLC's remake of "Trading Spaces," which will be aired next year. Oosterhouse is married to actress Amy Smart, whom he wedded in 2011. They have an 11-month-old daughter named Flora.
