In a world full of pain and hurt, everyone is looking for somebody to run to. An ear that listens, a heart that empathises, a shoulder to lean on and cry on, and a smile that will brighten up a dark and gloomy day – all of these things are very welcome and needed right now.

Are you looking for someone who would be willing to spare even just a few moments to hear you spill your heart out, with all your hurts, fears and worries? Look no further. Jesus is here for you.

Come to Jesus

Jesus has His arms stretched wide open for anybody who needs a warm, loving embrace. He suffered for our sakes, died in our place, and rose again to give us all the hope that we will ever need. He's the most understanding man ever, and He wants all who need love to just come to Him.

Here are some words from Jesus that will encourage you to come to Him.

Matthew 11:28-30 – "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
John 4:14 – "... whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life."
John 11:25-26 – "Jesus told her, "I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die. Do you believe this, Martha?"
John 6:35-40 – "Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst. But I said to you that you have seen me and yet do not believe. All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I should lose nothing of all that he has given me, but raise it up on the last day. For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day."
John 15:9-11 – "As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full."
