The first-person shooter video game by Bethesda Softworks, "Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus," already has its very first season pass unlocked, and gives additional content to keep players interested. The downloadable content (DLC) for the season pass is meant to serve as a prologue for the World War II inspired video game that provides players more opportunities and situations to satiate their desire to kill Nazis.

In a report by Polygon, the title of the season pass content is "Episode Zero," which has four new missions that enrich the already extensive storyline of the game's main protagonist, B.J. Blazkowicz. Given that the DLC is marketed as a prologue, it is safe to assume that the developers over at Bethesda Softworks will be providing players with more content in the future in terms of its overarching story in relation to the base game.

It is important to note that the playable characters for the season pass will not have players blasting away with B.J., but they are granted with other characters who were previously not present in the main story. Given that, it allows for players to gain an outside perspective other than that of B.J.'s, which expands on the already bizarre content of the "Wolfenstein" franchise.

Like most brand new titles of this caliber, "Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus" is not without flaws right after its release. According to PC Gamer, the developers also included with the DLC 10 new combat simulations, as well as some fixes in terms of performance efficiency and stability — a lot of which have to do with video and in-game graphics, as well as 4K resolution optimization.

Along with the update comes the activation of the Vault, which was previously locked before the patch was released. These features are now available for those who purchased the pre-order version of the game, or for those who redeemed codes for the season pass.
