For gamers, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" has been one of this year's most-anticipated releases, and currently lives up to its hype. This latest installment in the highly successful "The Witcher" franchise has fans exploring a vast world and interacting with a multitude of missions and in-game interfaces. However, the game is not without its flaws and glitches, and developer CD Projekt Red is cooking up a major patch update to address the numerous bugs and add more features to the game.

According to the company's announcement, patch 1.07 is gearing up to be one of the biggest updates the game has to offer. The update is expected to bring improvements on both the over-all design and gameplay. There will also be a number of performance enhancements such as the optimization of FX in both the gameplay and cutscenes.

Most notable of the planned improvements is the introduction of a player stash system, so that gamers can maximize their inventories even when exploring the vast world of "The Witcher 3."

When the game was launched, one of the complaints by players is the hurried look and feel of main protagonist Geralt's inventory. In addition, the inventory interface only has few options for storing and retrieving items. By introducing an additional interface, players will be able to store and manage their items through item caches available in different locations throughout the game. Multiple sorting options will also be made available in the player's inventory.

In addition to the player stash, Geralt's inventory will also be expanded, both in size and scope. Players will be able to add more items to their inventory, since patch 1.07 will no longer add crafting and alchemy components to the overall inventory weight.

Although CD Projekt Red has not announced the release date for the new patch, many observers speculate the update to roll out soon, most likely in the last week of July or first week of August.
